Driveways, walkways and patios take a beating. Over time, dirt, pollen, mildew and green algae build up and make the outside of your home look tired and older than it is. They can also get slippery.
A good pressure wash brings back that clean, fresh look. We set the pressure for each surface, so concrete and brick get a deep clean and softer surfaces like composite decks get a gentler one. We clean off regular dirt and grime, mildew, algae and pollen.

Keep it looking good every year
Most driveways, walkways and patios look their best when they’re cleaned every year or two. We can put you on a regular schedule, so you don’t have to remember to call us. A lot of our customers have us do it along with their window cleaning or house wash.

Pressure Washing FAQs
What can you pressure wash?
Driveways, walkways, patios, porches, pavers and flagstone, brick, composite (Trex) decks, fences, small retaining walls, garage doors and pergolas. If you’re not sure about something, just ask.
Do you clean wood decks?
We mostly clean composite decks. We usually don’t take on wood or stained decks, because we don’t stain or seal, and we don’t use wood brighteners or deck chemicals. If you’re not sure what kind of deck you have, we’ll take a look at the estimate.
Do you seal or stain afterward?
No. We clean only. We don’t seal or stain decks, concrete or pavers.
Will it get every stain off?
Pressure washing removes regular dirt and grime, mildew, algae and pollen. We don’t use degreasers, so stains like oil, grease, rust, paint and tire marks usually won’t come off.
Will it damage my concrete or deck?
No. We set the pressure for each surface and never use more than it needs. If anything ever looks like it’s causing damage, we stop right away. Cleaning can make some things easier to see, like cracks, worn spots or flaking on older concrete. We’re not responsible for problems that were already there.
What’s in the cleaning solution?
It’s a diluted bleach mix that kills mildew, mold and algae. It only removes organic growth like mildew, algae and pollen.
What about my plants, pool or pond?
We water the plants around the area before we start, keep rinsing them with clean water while we work, and rinse them well again when we’re done. If you have a pool or pond, let us know. We’ll make sure it’s protected.
How often should I have it done?
Most driveways, walkways and patios need it every one to two years. Areas in the shade or under a lot of trees may need it sooner.
Can I get on a regular schedule?
Yes. We can set you up for every year or every other year, so it gets done without you having to think about it.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as we can get to the areas we’re cleaning and use your outside water spigot, we can do the work while you’re out.
How do I get ready?
Please have your outside water turned on, move cars off the driveway, and move patio furniture, grills and potted plants out of the way (or ask us to help). While we’re working, keep your windows and doors closed and your pets inside.
What if it rains?
We do work in the rain, but we always err on the side of safety. If weather is an issue, we’ll contact you the morning of your appointment to make other arrangements.
