We have used Windows Only for DECADES and would not use another company. This is a wonderful company with top-notch, polite, knowledgeable people, each and every one of them! The scheduling is flawless and the work they do is the same.
Well……I expect we are one of your more predictable customers….how many years now? And the power washing was incredibly good (I know, I used to do it myself). The fee charged was competitive and the results were superlative. Not to mention, you all are a nice group of people to work with. Happy Thanksgiving, see you next year!! Tommy and Michelle
You always do a terrific job, and this time was no exception. It's wonderful to look out and see trees instead of grit from the masonry project. We especially appreciate the continuity of service. Thanks for keeping us clean 🙂
A real pleasure having you take care of our home. Perfect every time!
Seth and Enmanuel did another great job washing our windows. This time we also had the siding washed: no more green growth! We will have them again whenever we need windows washed, driveway pressure washed, or siding cleaned.
We have used your company now for five years, and the service has never been less than great. A shout out to Enmanuel. And Seth has also worked here, great also, and the office staff and interfaces terrific too. Thanks!!!

Seth and his team are the ultimate professional! We deeply appreciate his attention to detail. Our home is so much brighter after the windows are washed!!! Thank you Seth!

EXCELLENT WORK!!!!
We were extremely pleased with the job you did. Thank you!
Thank you! My windows look great! The man who washed them was very nice and thorough. There was huge bees nest in a vent under two windows (that I was unaware of) and he found a workaround by coming inside the house and removing the screens from the inside. I appreciated him taking the extra trouble. I regret not asking his name .
They did a great job and very responsive. We will certainly use them again.
Excellent work. Reliable, thorough, and first rate service!
We are beyond satisfied with the work that was done! Our house looks beautiful and the Flagstone patio has never looked brighter. It almost looks brand new! Thank you again for the meticulous work.

They also provide detailed advice how to prepare your home, arrival time, etc. An incredibly well-run business! We had a time crunch last week with our window washing (our fault) and they came thru with a TEN STAR effort AND result!!! PS. They also do our gutter cleaning and exterior house wash.

Excellent work by efficient and kind gentlemen. They are the best window cleaners we have ever had. Always appointment communication is excellent. Once they are done, windows are sparkling
Seth and his team are polite, efficient and very good at what they do.
Great job. Very reliable.
They did a great job. Windows look great. It was a two man crew, the owner and one worker so didn't have an army marching through house. They were on time and it took them less than 90 minutes to finish. Very personable and professional and cleaned up nicely afterwards. The price was good too, with multiple options for paying. I would highly recommend them.
Very efficient and skillful work, windows look gorgeous. Minimal disruption, a highly professional operation
Awesome job as always. Thank you.
I have used Windows Only to clean the eleven windows in my apartment multiple times. When you live on a busy street with lots of traffic, the combination of pollution and pollen on your windows makes it hard to enjoy the view. The cleaning is always excellent. Equally important, the Windows Only team is trustworthy. Before they arrive, I receive pictures and names of who is coming. After the cleaning, they help me rearrange anything I moved prior to the cleaning. Actually, they cover anything near the windows, but I moved my computer, etc. prior to the cleaning. In short, they are excellent and reliable. I was thrilled to learn they can clean my windows even if I am not home. I would trust them to do that for me. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
We were very impressed with the quality of work you did. Both Seth and Enmanuel not only did great work but they were both a pleasure to deal with.
Excellent work, as always! Thanks again and we'll see you next year.
Excellent communication before the visit; reminders and confirmation. Prompt arrival, done quickly and very friendly.
We have been using Windows Only for several years and are thoroughly impressed by Seth and Kate. Extremely professional, care, quiet, kind, efficient and affordable. We are on their annual schedule which means we always have our windows cleaned and porch gently washed when we want. We highly recommend Windows Only!
Another efficient, thorough and professional job on our windows and screens. Now I have to worry about more birds crashing into them because they see through them so easily.
You did an excellent job as always. Thank you!
Five stars again! Seth and Enmanuel do a great job; afterwards, it is as if we had just gotten new prescription glasses, everything is so clear. They are polite, friendly, and very neat. We really appreciate their professionalism.
It is such a pleasure to have Seth and Enmanuel clean my windows. Not only do they do a great job efficiently, their care for my furnishings is great. Love that they wear protection over their shoes while doing the work.
Wonderful work as always! It's a little disturbing how much of a difference I can see. 🙂 And seeing our chandelier shine is always a treat!
As always, Windows Only does an amazing job on taking care of my home. I'm so grateful to them!

You guys are the best!
We have had the pleasure of having clean windows for years, thanks to Seth, and now at a “new to us house” we have a sparkling exterior, thanks to a soft wash done last week. Wow, you talk about hard workers who not only respect your house and yard, but also are obviously working to make the exterior come to life. From porch ceiling to porch rockers, every single space was clean and bright. Best in the business!
Same fantastic job by Seth and crew. Such a valued part of my team of subs who help perfect the product we create. Would have no one other than Seth clean our windows and doors.
Wonderful experience! Could not have been happier. Hope to use your services for years to come.
Thank you Seth & Kate, as always you did an outstanding job. It is nice to have someone so reliable and safety oriented.
Lovely job, as always! The windows are so clean I nearly had to put sunglasses on to look at them!
It is rare to work with a small business, and one that provides such a personal touch with the process. You guys were prompt to respond, proactive to work us into the schedule as best as possible, remembered the details of our job from the last time you were here, and were very careful and dedicated to doing the best job possible. Thanks!
