Family Owned Since 1998
Hi, I’m Seth Fensterstock. I grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, and in 1998 I started Windows Only right here in my hometown.
I still work in the neighborhoods I rode my bike around as a kid. A lot has changed, but it still feels like home.
Before I started Windows Only, I spent several years working for other window cleaning companies. Too often I watched them rush through jobs and cut corners on safety to make a quick buck. I knew there was a better way, so I went out on my own and built Windows Only around doing the job right: careful, safe work and treating every home like it’s my own.

Enmanuel, with us for more than 20 yearsWe’re not a franchise or a big chain. Windows Only started as a one-man window cleaning business, and it’s still a family business today. My wife Kate also grew up in Bethesda, and we both went to Walt Whitman High School. We’ve been married a long time, and she takes care of the books. Enmanuel has been with us for more than 20 years, and he’s like family. We’ve stayed small on purpose, so you’ll see the same faces every visit and know you can trust who’s in your home.
We’re not just “Windows Only” anymore! The name stuck, but we also do low-pressure house washing, roof cleaning and pressure washing.
Worth the wait
Because we’re small, we can be hard to get, and sometimes there’s a wait. That’s because we take our time and care with every home. Once you’re on our schedule, we want to keep you for life. Some of our customers have been with us for 25 years or more.
We’ve had many satisfied customers over the years.
We love hearing their feedback. Here are some of our favorites!
